Effective October 24, 2026. This portal is separate from the public site, which sets no cookies. It has accounts, so this notice covers what it keeps.
What we keep
- Your email address and role, to sign you in and decide what you may change.
- A session cookie named
nrq_portal. It is set only on this host, is HttpOnly and Secure, lasts up to 12 hours and is removed when you sign out. It is the only cookie. - Your content: drafts and published versions of the gallery text, the images you upload and the requests and comments you write.
- A record of actions (who saved, published, uploaded or restored something, and when). It never stores the text you typed, only that the action happened.
Who handles it
The portal runs on Cloudflare, which stores the data and processes your IP address to deliver pages under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare may also measure visits in aggregate without cookies. We do not sell or share personal information and use no advertising or third-party scripts.
Uploads
You confirm for each image that you made the work or have the right to publish it. Images are converted to web sizes; the original file is not kept.
Retention and your rights
We keep your account and content while you use the service. Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion by writing to hola@cheastudios.com. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this notice, the new version is posted here with its date.
